Nothing is charged. If you subscribe, your account carries on exactly as it is, with everything you've entered. If not, it's suspended and your data stays exportable on request.
Yes, every price shown is excl. VAT. VAT is added for customers based in France. VAT-registered businesses elsewhere in the EU fall under the reverse-charge mechanism. Outside the EU, no VAT is charged.
Leisure: one boat, proper upkeep and a logbook in good order. Premium: a professional fleet to maintain seriously, with permissions per vessel. Enterprise: a shipping company to run, with compliance, inventory, purchasing and forecasting. Add the Crew add-on to Premium or Enterprise if you manage your seafarers in the tool.
Only if you want them. You can create your account and import your maintenance plan from Excel at no cost. If you'd rather we handled data migration, set-up and training, guided onboarding is a one-off €500 excl. VAT per vessel. It's always itemised in the quote and never applied without written agreement.
No. Crew and Passengers form an add-on at €50 excl. VAT per vessel per month, available with Premium or Enterprise. Maritime HR is a discipline of its own, and not every fleet runs it inside its CMMS. It can be switched on or off at any time.
Setting up a fleet is work that builds over time: the maintenance plan, the equipment tree, the history you bring across. A 12-month term gives that work time to pay off, and lets us provide ongoing support rather than one-off help.
At the end of the term, free of charge — just let us know before the renewal date. You export all your data to Excel and PDF before the account closes.
Yes, at any time from the app or by contacting us directly. The change takes effect from the next billing cycle.
